Someone else already mentioned it, but it is worth repeating. The blue not only looks cool as it would in any other C5... The blue coloer just really kicks *** with your interior. Man, that is one sharp combo!
yeah, blue cars look best I think, silver's up there to (there you go Dave)! I got the LED's and resistors from spdkilz's friend's website... www.oznium.com I believe...

As you can see, the area right about the LED is really bright and the rest is normal... thanks
Didn't think about paint? Always worth a try. In case it's not to your liking ...
Use a Dremal or grinder and just flatten the tip of the LED. That should remove the focal point and flood the beam pattern. Here's an extreme (flattening) ...
Look's just like mine. I also did the dash when I did the bezels. If you want some LED's that are not as bright go with the 3mm and you won't have to grind any off the LED. They also fit right inside of the holes that the other bulbs came out of. You can get them on Ebay. The last time I got mine it was 5.50. for the bid.
Hey guys, I got bored a little while ago and ordered some Blue LED's for my door switches and DIC. Well I got bored again the other night and decided to actually install them in the door switches (and the A/H console as an afterthought). Only took like 2 hours while watching a movie. I'm going to do the DIC the next time my dash is ripped apart ( I should have done them when I put in those gauge bezels... damn)... Well here's 2 pics of the driver side, the install on all three pieces was easy! Thanks to Dave (MyVetteDream) and Carleton(SpdKilz ) for their input and tutorials.
Looks What ohm value of resistor did you use or does it matter?
