All states have different laws...a friend of mine not only got a $250.00 ticket for having his tint too dark, but the state trooper also pulled out a razor blade scraper and made him scrape it all off ...right there on the side of the roadway !!! That's called getting your ***** busted !!!
Well I got bored today, and thought I would try my hand at some window tinting, now I just hope the dam police don’t give me a ticket for it being to dark
Dang cops...
Mine's darker than normal--no problems so far.
I just had someone put Limo tints on my torch red coupe.... It looks AWESOME, theres no way you can see through them even in the day. The only bad part is i cant see out of them at night, and backing up is a nightmare! No problems with the po-po here in florida!
You will get pulled over if it really is as dark as the first picture. If it is like the pictures that follow you will have no problem. Doesn't matter anyway small price to pay for looking that good.
Do they knock points when the bill you for the tint naughtiness?
how much did your limmo tint session cost may i ask?

Thats similar to here, but the LEO may give you the option to remove it on
sight or give you a ticket. I went with the legal limit. Not as dark as I'd
like but better than nothing and no risk of having to remove it. Went
two shades darker on the rear window, no limits on it!
I would have to give you props. You obviously must have had your hand in the buisness somewhere along the line. I have tried before and after numerous rolls and flip-out sessions I just gave up. To much of a PITA for me to deal with. I would have been better off just spending the money getting it done in the shop the first time instead of trying to cheap out.
That the first thing I do to every car we get and it's always darker, only cops that have a pet peeve for it will pull you over, just roll down your windows and theres nothing he can do also if you have black interior it will appear darker and if you put the limo tint on the back window it will appear darker I like the looks of dark windows JMO.
