When I bought my vert in Fla it had limo tint on the windows. I forget the exact percentage that I replaced that with but I'm running one level darket than "legal" in VA. I love the look but I am quick to run the windows down whenever I spot LE. Just in case.

Some shops will do limo tint for you if you pay cash, and talk to them about it in person. I only paid $100 for mine 
professionally installed! Warnining you though, limo tint sucks at night to see out of....

only cost me $23 in tint and 4hrs of time Where did you pick that up at? I think VA only allows 30% blocked. A friend with a Honda just got busted for tint and warned about the his phart can volume.
