I’m 59 yrs. old. I have a 02, Z and love it. I have owned vettes for the past 30 yrs. At the present time I have 4. Getting to the point of performance driving, the video that came with the Z06 plainly states that it came from the factory ”race ready right out of the box”. If it breaks when I’m putting it through its’ passes wild under warranty, I expect GM to fix that race car they sold me. I will be going to the drag strip, as soon as it opens and racing my Z. If any part of it breaks while racing it I will be having this race car repaired under warranty.

I hope that smiley indicates you are in fact joking.....othewise
Curious, as to what point would supercede and/or prevail in court, an advertising claim or a clearly written warranty booklet with VIN documentation. I suppose you can argue this and hire a lawyer. I'm sure he would avery much appreciate the six or seven Z06's you bought him when all said and done. My point is the General is one of the largest corps in the world. Good Luck if you think your right.
