I know this doesn't belong in the general place but I'll try to explain.

Last night, I was reading posts. Someone (a newbie) made a link to that stupid commercial where the guy loses his door to the Satellite delivery company.

Point is, the link went to some sort of site that had "Adult FriendFinder" ads across the top with the video in the middle of the screen.

Well, when I clicked on the link, it showed pics of ads for women. I responded "IB4TL" because of a inappropriate link.

The reason I posting this is because tonight my s/o logged on and while "searching" (uh-huh, checking up...lol) the history on my computer showed me going to adultfriendfinder.com.

Obviously I didn't go there, it was because of a link to the video.

I tried to find

a) my post showing that I wrote that it was IB4TL... (actually, I used my version of [/dancing banana] IB4TL

b) Or the actual post itself.

Needless to say the post must have been deleted completely. The problem is, I'm still here trying to explain to her why I went to adultfriendfinder.com

Will/can anyone at least verify that the post existed and I'm not making this up. She says she believes me but it's not looking too good.

Mods, I know this will get deleted/locked, I just need a mod or someone that saw the video to verify so I can keep my integrity.

I saw this clip , but didn't let it finish . Sorry . But at least you have conformation that the clip did exist . I hate seeing nice cars damaged .

Damn dude, I saw several versions of the vid, but didn't pay attention to the links around them.

All I can say is that it sucks to be you.

If my wife accused me or confronted me about something like that, we'd have a serious problems. And I would never do that to her either.

Hopefully this isn't that serious.

 

It's not some big deal. She's not pissed or mad, she was just kind of well??? how did that site get here? LOL.

I just wanted someone who saw it to verify that it was on here and I'm not making it up.

I hope I didn't make it sound like our relationship was in turmoil over it, it just didn't look cool and I didn't want to disrespect her.

If you were to hide anything, there are ways to delete everything!

Yeah, I saw the thread and responded with IB4TL. Was going to comment on how inappropriate it was, but thought I'd leave that to the moderators. I had a feeling it wouldn't be around in the morning and sure enough, it was taken care of.

If your s/o reads this post, tell her it's all good. An innocent mistake on your part caused by some thoughtless CF member.

Thanks everyone, like I said, she wasn't making a big deal out of it but I wanted her to know the truth. It did look kind of suspicious when she innocently asked and I was unable to prove the link.

She doesn't normally even get on my laptop, she has her own but it died and of course with my luck, the first time she uses mine, out comes a sex site....

I really do have the bestest luck.

What bothers me is why she would even look.

 

The big deal is that she looked for and found the info and then made a verbal point of it. Time to shop atound. Or maybe she just needs some serious education about computers. Take her to WhiteHouse.com and show her where the president resides - not. LOL
