If you have never done it before I would HIGHLY suggest at least having someone that has done it before standing by and helping you. You will need a lift or very high jack and stands. You will also need supporting devices for rear axle and rear diff. At least read up on it and get ALOT of pointers before taking this type of thing on........bottom line, if you dont know what you are doing you may end up with a headache and an unsafe car

Good luck

Its trouble. Its probably gonna take two people especially to get that tranny down. As far as the pumpkin its just plug and play, but that’s a lot easier said then done...... Personally I'd let the pro's do it like HPE, MTI, or where you can get that kind of quality of work. Matter of fact my cars getting done right now. The only prob is the change $$$$!

do yourself a favor and pay the pros to handle this one not only do you have to remove the rear subframe you can break the oil pressure switch if you pull the trans out at the wrong angle its no easy mustang clutch the corvette will need a lift and somebody that knows the car to do it good luck
