Knocking in Wheel
I have a knocking sound coming from my back drivers side wheel, it gets the loudest between 50 and 55 Mph. Does this mean that my tire need to be balanced. Anyone know whats wrong with it. thanks

First .... Check your lug nuts before you drive it again !!!!!!
If they are loose remove the wheel and inspect the wheels and studs carefully.
If you have been driving it like that you may have fatigued the studs so don't be suprised if a stud snaps off when you try to torque it.
If that isn't it you can look at wheel bearings and things like that, but first check the lugs.....
Balance isn't likely to cause a knocking noise unless it is so severe that the car shakes like all get out....
Also check the wheels, if you have a cracked wheel it could make noise before it lets go.... Run a finger nail up and down the spokes and feel for any edges or anything that is irregular.
If that isn't it then look at wheel bearings and universal joints...
