I grew up in Fitchburg and remember those days all too well. Good luck with that two week time frame. If memory serves me, winter will run for at least another month (remember those april Noreasters). Any way, hope I'm wrong, for your sake. Hang in there, your eight weeks of Spring, Summer, and Fall will be here, and gone, before you know it.

I think I'm at least 2 weeks away if we don't get anymore snow.
I usually wake up my baby the first week-end in April, however looking outside my window today, I don't think that will be possible.

Gotta envy those that live south.

I love the seasons including winter in RI and would never trade for Florida weather. The Vette has been away since November but its time to call the insurance man for this weekend. Things are looking up

I walk by it every day on my way out into the frozen tundra and wonder what it would be like to actually drive the damn thing.
Oh well, it will probably still be snowing in July.

Again, my apologies

I have to take part of the blame too! Also got mine in January and been going nuts waiting on the KS weather to cooperate. I've medicated myself with installing Escort SR7 radar, speakers, amps, dying the interior, installing the Vette Essentials interior package, and a host of other "projects" - including multiple coats of show car polish. It's supposed to hit 60 degrees today so even though there is still alot of sand on the roads, I think I'm going to venture out tonight to the Vette Club meeting.

I have not taken my Vette out yet in 2005. I could have but chose not to. Primarily because there is so much salt out on the roads. So much so that after the snow melts off of the roads and I'm driving on the freeway the dry salt is reduced to dust that appears as a white haze and hangs in the air. Its just not good.
