When my 98 coupe was new, C5's were very few around where I live so,, it turned a lot of heads! 
I parked it on the submarine base down next to one of the submarine piers on a bright sunny spring day. I walked over to see one of my shipmates about 30' away and about 10 minutes later I saw this guy walk up to the car and he bent over and cupped his hands on the passenger window and pressed his face up to the window to look inside. I said to my buddy, "watch this SH!$" 
I pressed the panic button and I sware to god that the guys feet left the ground!
He was sooo imbarsed that he took off and didnt look back!
I felt bad after I did it!
My buddy about laughed himself sick! 
Then there was the time I was in my office and this lady was trying to find one of the goverment cars parked outside in the parking lot. She pressed the panic button and the horn beeped three times. I got my fob out and answered back! "three beeps"
She beeped twice I beeped twice! This went on for a good five minutes! I had a pile of people checking it out. After she got into her and drove past the Vette, I beeped at her (remotely) and she just smiled as she went by the Vette!!!!
