Anyone else have this Option!!!! Rant
I just realized today that my vette has a new option and is the RPO code I think is CANTCME. I am home for the weekend from Chicago and have the vette out and am heading to see my buddy in the Hospital which is fine. As I am driving to the hosiptal I was almost hit twice within 1 mile as people tried to merge from the turning lanes but I am right next to them and they never looked. My buddy was with me and was pissed because he noticed that they never look at all.
After the visiting the hospital I was at the mall parked away from other cars and this guys walks up to me as I am getting into the car. This guy is older and ask me if the car had the same body flexiable panels as the Saturn. I explained to him what the panel were made from then the guys starts pushing on the fender . I was pissed and told the don't touch the FN car, this didn't even phase him and he walks off.
Then later in the day I am sitting at a red ight and this Mustang was facing me in the turning lane. When he got the green light to turn left he lights it up and his buddy is point at me while I am sitting at the red light, I guess the RPO CANTCME doesn't work for idiot Mustang drivers.
Okay done ranting
=============EDIT more info ==================
I was able to get a picture of my vette with the CANTCME option turn on. This is how other driver see the vette.
One of the problems is that our cars sit so low. When I am driving our van, I have trouble seeing low-riding cars as I change lanes. Sometimes I am surprised to hear a horn blowing just after I hit the blinkers.
On the other hand, sometimes I have the opposite problem while driving maggie. One guy threw a lit cigarette at it and another, a disposable cigarette lighter. Why? I passed each of those rednecks on the way home and in their minds, NO one better pass them in the right lane, no matter how slow they are moving!

Zilla,
It's good to rant once in awhile, get it out, the FN idiots are everywhere, you can't avoid them and that sux! As for the pony boyz they all wish they had Vettes so I just laugh at them. Our Vettes are Mongoose's to their Cobra's and we all know what Mongoose's can do to the so called deadly Cobra. One of these days that punk will do that to someone and a cop will be near and pull his azz over, that is the ultimate justice.
Happens to me too. Even more since I slammed it - now even Camrys don't see me (my roofline is level with their door handles...)
Be careful out there

EG, you better keep and eye out for tall ants!!

Zilla, I've had days like that. One day, similar to yours but different, I said
the heck with it! Drove her home and tucked her in the garage to drive
again another day! Sometimes Murphy's Law is just to powerful!
Yeah , I constsantly feel like I'm a hologram . Black FRC , people must think that they're hallucinating and we're not really there . Either that or we have the "Giant Bullseye" option .

Happens to me frequently.
Just last week, a woman in a big Jeep SUV is alongside me and proceeds to move over into my lane. Oh sure, the driver signaled properly but didn't bother to look over her shoulder.
Luckily her ears worked and so she promptly jerked back over into their lane as I leaned on the horn. And she wasn't even on a cell phone!
My car is proof the CANTCME factor: I'm driving in the left lane of a 3-lane wide 1-way street. The guy in the middle lane signals, looks over his shoulder, makes eye contact with me...
and hits may car doing $8k in damage and forcing me off the road. He was in a Grand Am, so it's not like he's sitting too high to see me. Broad daylight too.
That was in November and I've calmed down a little, but not much.
Sorry Zilla, I was looking at your avatar...were you saying something?
Yea, I had that 300 mile trip every Friday from Knoxville to Columbus, GA on the I-75 Nascar Freeway. Good thing I always wore my helmet and 5-point harness....
MUCH quieter on my trip back on Monday's at 3:00a...then all I had to worry about were those that like to sleep while they drive....
Happens all the time. Even when I'm driving my red, 20 foot long Silverado crew cab. I just say to myself afterwards: Oops I guess I forgot to turn off the invisible shield. FN AHoles
