So, now for the dumb question: I finally decided to install my front license plate. Now, how do I get the front license panel off the car? Does it just pop off? Anyway any help would be appreciated.
There's 2 phillips head screwn at the bottom of the cover.
They are kind of hard to see, just look in the gap between the lower edge of the cover and the bumper.
Why even put the license plate on. I have had my car for 2 years and never been pulled over for it. I had a 95 Camaro before that and never had one on it either.

The screws are kind of hard to see, but they are there. Once they are out, just pull out and down and the cover will come off. If you want a nice finishing look to the plate area, consider a painted license plate surround in your car's color - can be bought at Kewl.
