Corvette by GM, what a joke! These clowns just don't get it. Sounds like a some new VP's brilliant idea. Yeah I'm going to rush right out and buy one of their vehicles because it has GM on it.

I've got a brilliant idea, get rid of Pointiac, Buick, Saturn and GMC trucks. Chevrolet, Chevy trucks & Vans, Cadillac and Hummer is all they need. Never could understand why they have so much redundancy and crap to choose from. If they just stuck to the 4 above and made them top quality vehicles their bonds wouldn't be one step from junk status.

That'll get their finances in order. I would love to be a part of GM management so I could be involved in the discussions they are having about how to increase revenue, profits, etc.

I imagine the meeting for this badge went something like this:

PHB (pointy haired boss): Ok everyone...in order to increase revenue and profits. Any ideas?

Staff: Yes! We can increase brand awareness by including our GM logo as a badge on each car. Hopefully it will become a status symbol and everyone will want one!

PHB: Great idea...let's allocate 15% of our marketing budget to this instead of increasing our engineering/design budget to make cars that people actually want to buy!

Do they really think that badges will turn this company around? Give me a break. Some fresh ideas with new and better quality products would help. It's amazing how the Japanese car manufacturers continue to outsell their domestic counterparts WITHOUT offering incentives!

Isn't GM the LARGEST Auto Mfg. in the World? This isn't to say they do all the right things but it does say the do some things right.

Nah man. I like the GTO and maybe that new Solstice coming out. Oh, and GMC trucks? They're one of the better looking lines of trucks around. Dude to each his own, but damn...

As if that's something to brag about. This is just another GM suit decision.

Not only is the C-5 the first GM vehicle I've ever owned, it looks more and more like it will the the only one. I love it, but...
