Help, major problem!
Made the mistake of getting some water into the engine bay today- long story. Anyway, it started fine and idled for a few minutes. Turned it off and 20 minutes tried to start it. When I tried to start it I get service engine soon and several fault codes,- no radio but the A/C works, no interior lights but got headlights, etc.. Appears something got wet and I have a major problem- thoughts????

Do you have access to compressed air? If so, blow out the nooks and crannies in which water may have pooled, let it sit for a while with a fan blowing on it and tray starting her up a bit later. There is a service bulletin that explains how to create an RTV dam to prevent allowing water to puddle in the wrong place, but I don't have the link.
