No more mods once you turn 50!
Happy Birthday, Kevin.
I'm there next year. You're as old as you feel, and I still feel like I'm 30. Only problem is, whenever I look in the mirror and see my disappearing hairline, I wonder who the hell it is I'm looking at! I have to keep reminding myself that I'm almost to the half-way point!
60 may be a bit more traumatic for me than 50, but it's all in the Lord's hands....

Kevin, Happy Birthday. Sounds like you have your priorities worked out. Enjoy today, put at least 50 perma-grin miles on your Vette, and continue to smell those roses. I'll be sure and have a beer for you tonight.
hey kevin et al...............i just hit the big 5-0 4 wks ago; 3 days after i turned 50, i bought our silver 2000 coupe. it's pretty clear to me that the car is one hell of a lot faster than the driver but ain't it fun! every time i turn the key & hear that engine wake up & see "CORVETTE" dance across the dic, i say that life gets no better. the mrs & i go cruising in it every single chance we get. from my perspective, ain't nothing at all big about 5-0. bub
I'm right there with you, were in the prime of our lives, and have alot to be thankful for. My wife always says, your over 50 but you'll never grow up. (hey is that a good thing?)
