Best engine

I guess it has come a long ways, but I still only see what's left to do, and not what's already been done. I do like where it's at, don't get me wrong....but I also know it could be so much better, all I need is more time and money.
So I shall remain humbled and honest in my assessment of it.

Looks great, congrats The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

Congratulations
You are aware that the award was only given to you AFTER the cover for the altenator bracket was installed

I don't recall much else about the car..not saying that as a dig, just don't remember. it was good to see his excitement in winning, and I'm glad it worked out the way it did. Two people went home ecstatic instead of just one. It was a good time.

For those who can't possibly imagine what else I can do to the engine bay, here's my short list:
Front radiator shroud airbrushed in a solid checkerboard pattern to tie-in with the existing graphics.
Fan shroud painted yellow, and the chrome inserts reinstalled.
Painted battery enclosure (not sure how i'm gonna do this piece yet).
Chromed belt tensioner.
Chromed idler pulley.
Chromed PS bracket.
Chromed alternator bracket.
Chromed water pump.
Chromed fuel line that crosses over the manifold.
All coolant hoses, big and small, replaced with braided SS with chrome ends.
Any visible bolt or nut, chromed.
Polished and formed stainless frame rail covers. (not been done before that I've seen - these will be my own creation).
I know it's all bling and no go...but since I started it and have taken it to this point, I won't be happy until I totally finish what I started. A cam may slide into the block during these future upgrades though.

Thank you for the kind comments everyone.
