For years I bought from Eckler's when the original owner, Ralph Eckler & family owned and operated the business.

After they sold the business it went straight to chit and has only gotten worse. After getting jacked around by their customer service department a long time ago I permanently blew them off.

There are toooo many quality vendors these days to waste time, and money, with Eckler's any longer.

It's why I use Corvettes of Dallas to order my parts, they take the hassell out of dealing with the vendors. Jeff is a great guy to deal with.

I've never had a problem with Eckler's and I'm sorry to hear that people are.

As for returning items, at your request they should have sent either a pre-paid return shipping label or, if in their opinion the items were not worth the cost to return them, have you keep the items. Most places have you call them before having the items returned. They should then ship the correct items at no additional cost to you. Good customer service would also be that the correct items were shipped Next Day Air.

Sorry to hear about the issues with Eckler's and I hope they come out of this down period very, very soon.

Just for balance, I've bought tons of stuff from Eckler's, had a couple of returns and a couple of issues and everything was always handle in a way that met or even exceeded my expectations....... Different folks, different experiences.
