Default Alignment question...need help

My car ( '99 hardtop) goes in tomorrow to be aligned. I just lowered it about 2 wks.ago and have put about 300 miles on it. Should I go with the factory align specs or the Z06 specs with the neg. 1 deg. camber all around? My tires are like new factory run flats, and I want to make sure of even tire wear after the align. Any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated!

Unless you have Z06 wheels, suspension, etc., I'd stick with factory regular specs. Just my $.02

I had my coupe aligned to Z06 specs when I put Z06 wheels & F1 SC's on. Inside fronts are wearing noticeably. If you are not going to track the car, I would stick with stock specs. fwiw....

I put on Z06 wheels, Supercars, Hotchkiss sway bars, and had it lowered on the factory bolts almost one inch all around. I had it aligned to Z06 specs and found out it was almost at those specs because of the lowering. I haven't noticed any unusual wear -- but I haven't put many miles on it. I am extremely happy with how it drives and handles.

If you are running on runflats, as you indicate, I would stay with stock alignment.

The stiff sidewall of the rf is not designed for significant neg camber, and while -1* isn't really that much, I think they will be much happer (as will your wallet) going with stock specs.

If you are tracking, that's a different story, but in all honesty you will get much more out of different tires than you will with negative camber (at least for starters).
