If you check out today's prices on chrome plating, price isn't that bad IMO.
But most of the price doesn't represent plating cost. They sell them in powder coated black for $149.99. At that price delta, their plating is actually quite reasonable.
I see that they also have added unfinished ones for $89.99 for anyone wanting to DIY paint them or send them out to be plated/coated.
Now... a separate question. Has anyone actually had a good purchase experience with Ecklers recently? I've never dealt with them, but they have gotten a lot of negative feedback in the forum recently.
Will these things fit over aftermarket rotors?? Everywhere I look, they all say "fits stock rotors without modification" or " fits factory rotors only" I have Rotorpros rotors. Will they work?
I've had to order from Ecklers about 3 times in the last month or so because they had things nobody else had. They have not failed me yet, but if you have a question about a product and email them about something, don't expect a reply. 3 or 4 emailed questions to date. 0 replies.

Very iffy - for example, if one uses a beveled edge and the other has a radiused edge. You will need to compare the hub profile between stock and those Rotorpros jobbies. Come to think of it, I have a set of stock fronts in my garage. I'll be glad to make a cardboard template and mail it to you, if it would help. PM me your address if you are interested.

Thanks. That's a lot of effort on your part. How about just a pic of the OEM rotors? I might be able to tell from that.
