large passenger question - very large

Well... If you do decide to give her a ride, I would recomend a personal tune up first.
Rule #1 = Pump up the tires up to 62 psi!
Rule #2 = Rent a forklift (that will eliminate the In&Out problem)
Rule #3 = I hope you don't have a MN6 Just order the Clutch Tonight you will need it.
Rule #4 = Make sure the car is out of the driveway and do not take roads that you know have speed bums or else you will start calling em scrape bumps.
Rule #5 = Seat .... I would disconect the terminal if its a power seat, or you can kiss that motor goodbye.
I know what your thinking... "oh darn is there anything good to say about this whole situation?" well... atleast you will have a temporary side airbag on the passinger side.

I know a couple of guys close to the 300 mark (one has the Vette) ...
They seem to be fine. I say go for it.
On a side not ... I feel an electrical gremlin coming your way ...

And before the 5th grade flaming begins, save it. I just wanted to get my $.02 worth in too. And I would hope that it might cause a few stop and think about things on a little deeper level. But then people are who they are.
I know! I should have just bit my tongue and kept quiet. But the more I read, the more it just rubbed my sensibilities the wrong way.
Okay . . . Let the jabbing and flaming begin!

Sad......
You can't hurt her feelings because of her condition. These think are built well. I'm sure with the difficulty of getting in an out, the car will be fine.
Next you'll be asking if you should put anything in the trunk, for fear of harming the delicate rear suspension, or bending the rims.
Oh and one more thing... if you're so concerned about her grabbing onto something to help get herself out of the car, here's an idea... HELP HER OUT YOURSELF.

Not going to be a problem -
If she can get in, she will be fine.
There are several C5 DRIVERS that are 300lbs or more, let alone passengers. You know who you are...
It will not affect the rocking seat.
And tell your aunt she had great taste in fine automobiles.
