radiator hose
I rarely look under my hood of my DD, but when i looked the other day, the upper radiator hose is turning yellow. Is that a bad sign and should it be replaced? Thanks

Just my opinion, but I wouldn't think that the hose turning yellow would be a good sign. Might be time for a new hose.

I think it's time to replace it.

Most likley a rubber mold that sometimes grows on rubber products. I would examine the hose for deteriation. If there is none, clean the hose with Simple Green or Super Clean and then apply a good rubber preserver like silicone.
