Jay needs to come to the Cruise-in in May!

Maybe he should get a "Special Invitation" from someone...

Very experience for your son that I'm sure he will remember for some time.

You obviously haven't worked on your Vette, to include changing the oil yourself.

I'm not real sure about this (RR Mechanic) but he did work in the Ford garage in his hometown. I read his book several years ago... He started out detailing cars.

You are indeed correct about him not spending his Tonight Show salary and living off his Stand up gigs... Of which he performs something like 150 per year!!

Neat guy...

This past weekend he spent some time in California as a guest of Jay Leno at his show and then got to tour Jay Leno's collection of automobiles. My son shared that Jay is a true gear head and one of the nicest people he has ever met. During the tour he noticed that Jay had a MY C5 Z 06. He got a picture of Jay with this car and had it autographed for me. Jay's Z is a special production job with Z 06/ 512 HP emblems, power hood, special wheels and such. Jay told my son that anytime he was in the area to call him and that they would get together. One of the full time mechanics that has been with Jay for years shared with my son that he had known Jay Leno when he had nothing and the guy today is the very same as he was when he started. Jay is a real car nut and everything he owns he drives. Amazing as it sounds he does not own one Ferrari.
I had heard that jay leno was one of the nices guys in hollywood.he also was a mechanic at one time i believed he worked on rollsroyces.
