Default Where is your hands while driving?

Both hands on the wheel? Left hand on the wheel, right hand on the gear shift?

LOL, it depends. Performance driving 10 and 2. Cruising left hand on wheel, right hand on shifter. Relax driving 7 and 5 resting on the wheel.

Hi VG,

Well, mostly left hand at between a 9 and 10 o'clock position, and, my right hand on the unique short throw stick shift when shifting. Otherwise, quite frankly, my right hand is always on my beloved spouse's unique attributes.

With an A4 my right hand and left foot are now redundant

Hands are now all over the place.

10 and 2 except while relaxing. I used to leave one hand on the shifter until I read that I could be damaging the 6sp by putting even slight pressure on the shifter. I try not to do that any more but it is a hard habit to break.
