Rhino Ramps worked great at the stock ride height. I'm lowered on stock bolts now and I have to drive the Vette up on planks before I can get it on the ramps.
Look on ebay... I know they sell some low profile ramps for lowered cars or for ones with aftermarket front facia. Search for parts for sale in the NSX section because I know I've seen them there!
Check out the new ramps MidAmerica Motorworks offers on page 9 of their new catalog. They have a very low approach angle. I'm lowered all the way on stock bolts, drive right up with no problems. I also have a set of rhino ramps that I can't use, the body of the car hits the ramp way before the tire comes in contact with the ramp. The ramps are called Race Ramps from MidAmerica. $200. I'm very happy with mine.

Get the gray RHino ramps.. they are wider than the black ones.
If you think you need "profile" ramps, you don't...
Just line up the ramp and kick it till it touches the tire. The air dam will flex out of the way.
As was mentioned, the Rhino ramps are barely adequate for non-lowered C5s, but after lowering on the bolts, you will need some 6-inch wide boards to get the front tires started. I actually designed and had quoted some low-profile ramps for lowered cars. However, in order to recoupe the tooling charge within a reasonable amount of time, I'd have to charge $140 a pair AND sell 500 sets. The fact that Rhinos sell for $30 has spoiled us all, making it very difficult for the small shop to justify the very costly injection molding costs.
