Cool - I've actually got the "naked chick" chrome "girlies" on my Chevy 4x4 - the thought of putting them between the exhaust never occurred to me . . .

but, I don't mind the exhaust plate - it might not be the first mod I'd do, but I don't mind it.

Hi Prosecutor -

I don't care for them myself - but they are not that bad, I just prefer not to go that way.

best regards -

I got this for free, sits farther out, but was a pain to install, can you say 40 pieces and three hours. 5 pcs stainless mesh, 8 spring clips, 4 clamps, 2 plastic bars and 24 screws.

Thank you. Exactly my thought. If your going to put some gawdy, shiny, ricer bling on the back of your car, nothing beats a naked chick

There are a lot of different styles out there now - you may want to see if there is something that you would like better. I think an exhaust plate really adds to the area between the exhaust tips.

I now have a fog light. I wouldn't have done it out of choice but I'm taking the car back to UK next year and its mandatory to meet EU regulations.

Thoughts about exhaust plates?

Has anyone done anything else cool with that area between the pipes, other than an exhaust plate? If so, let's see it.

Folks: Pluuuuuuzh cover that 'space' with something! Anything!
It's embarassing seeing a beautiful car drive by with the 'RubberMaid bucket' showing between the exhaust.

I could tape a pair of tighti-whities or boxers to that empty spot.
