i would probably stay away from the vortech intake if you're in an area where it rains often. Well... unless you have good comprehensive insurance and want an excuse to swap your engine

Another vote here for the Ghl bullets and Halltech Stinger. Very well built, great sound and no resonance.

I need suggestions.

The two I definately want to do first is exhaust and cold air intake.

Right now I think most of everyone agrees that Borla is the way to go. (I'm not going to do Headers yet, too much) I want to keep cats so I'm thinking from Cat back.

Which air intake should I go? I've had dealings with K&N before and it's great, but I've also heard that Blackwing is also good, apparently best for the vette.

What do you all think? And what should I do later?
I'm happy with the following on my A4 '97.
Blackwing hooked to a BBK Cold Air Intake.
Port and polished throttle body.
Superchips tunned. Early on fans set at a 180 thermo setting.
160 thermo
Hi-flo cats.
Magnaflow X-pipe.
ZO6 cat back Ti-s.
Runs and sounds great up front and out the rear.
Good luck..
