I have a 97 vette with a borla stinger (quad oval tips) system I haven't done anything to the exhaust besides that. I was considering a set of headers and high flow cats. Any sugestions?
Anyone know which is louder, GHL Magnums or Borla Stingers?
Pretty close to the same up to about 4000. Then the Magnums get an exotic sound to them...
Long story about who came up with them first, but they are almost the exact same system. The GHL's are better quality and fit and finish...and with almost no drone like the Borlas...IMHO
The Borla Singers sound cant be matched IMO. On my old 02' I had the Quad Tip Rounds with no cats and it was one of the best sounding cars I have ever heard. My 04' is stock but my plans are to go with the Stingers once again or perhaps the 4 tip B&B Bullets..
