I live in Arizona so i have no recommendation for you just advice. Just had mine done was happy and not so happy. Make sure the shop has a good rep. but check out the painter who will actually be doing the flames. Take a look at other cars he/she has done, ask around. If it OK with the shop stay and watch the work in progress and ask questions.

Yeah, he was recommended to me from forum member Supercharger John when my car got hit. And after seeing SCJohn's car I figured what the hell, looks good. I saw my car today and it looks better than the showroom. I started to get a woody. The guys name is Danny, and he works at D & L Autobody in Pt. Pleasant, NJ 732-899-4200. I was talking to the owner today and he agreed that his last head painter was great, but Danny is a step above great. My paint looks deep, wet, and crisp. I just don't know if he does ghost flames. That was recomendation #1.
The other shop does bikes and cars and I've seen their paint work, really nice. Before I went with stripes I was thinknig flames and I checked these guys out. Air Graphix on Rt 37 East Toms River NJ (Manchester border near Pine Lake Park)732-240-7142
