lifters tapping
it seems that when I travel at low speeds I can hear the lifters tapping. Maybe I cant hear at high RPMs because of my corsa indys but is this bad and what can I do it makes a clicking sound.

If you have headers make sure they're tightly bolted on. Thought I had a lifter tapping in my LT1 camaro. Turned out to be a slightly loose header bolt. Other then that. pull the valve covers and check for loose rockers. Or, just replace them all to make sure. Along with pushrods. And since you're in there why not get new rockers, springs, and all the goodies.

Typical small block chevy sound along with pistion slap.
Some of us run oil coolers and accu-sumps. The accu-sump prelubes the engine and keeps oil presure up to prevent oil starvation on high speed sweeping corners and also the chevy piston slap / rocker tapping.
