Seen a few post that they got 5 to 6 rwhp by adding a hood seal ??? this BS im taking it ??? Not the brightest bulb in the socket but dont see that doing it.
What the H*ll are you guys talking about??? IT DOES add rwhp, about 50! You must not be installing yours correctly!
o.k., o.k., that's but it DOES do a good job keeping the engine bay clean

The Performance Version of the Hood Seal does work...
It keeps HP from leaking out of the engine bay... and we all know how
horrible it is to see used/lost HP, laying on the side of the road.
Personally, I stop and pick it up when I can... I'm not too proud to do it.

Just follow a Mustang. They leave HP all over the place. Bring a broom.
No question about added HP, but you have to get your seal at the Home Depot High Performance/Racing Department, which is right next to the 200mph duct tape, to get the real benefit.
It also prevents water from getting on your filter if it is open...sure it is not a great deal of water, but I wouldn't want any water getting on my NOS solenoids I mounted in the front of my filter.
