Depending on how these turn out, there might be a set of C5r HID's for sale. Please keep us posted!

Thanks for the help I will see if I can get the Bi xenon in your projector to work and use a marker/turn lamp like we talked about and use your wiring harness to save some time plus it would be a higher quality than the parts that I can find. Thanks again

Just in case anybody was interested there is no way these will be DOT legal. Thanks to NOT-MEE I now understand why. I will though try to make them as user friendly as possible just in case there is an off road market for these.

I like this plan. It'd be simpler to have a bi-xenon, and having that extra marker lamp space in there would be helpful for a little led infrared project I've been tossing about...

There's definitely an offroad market. I really like the your idea of using your tubs to make molds, because certainly that means you'll be using composites for future tubs...carbon fiber I hope! Please let me know when you're ready to start getting these things out the door.

I have the Breathless headlights and while I like the way they look, what you're doing is a vast improvement. One of these days, my baby will be retired to weekend fun car from daily driver status. When that happens, I'll be sure to revisit this great idea!

Let me know if there is a marker light you would like to see. I could do a one off you liked a certain type from what I find.

Well, there's a little special thing an infrared strobe light can do...but I can't really say much more. Needless to say, I'll do the mod myself to limit liability to myself in case I get busted.

Ok I have updated pictures http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/chrisk.../ph//my_photos
Still need a little more finish work but this is pretty darn close. Sorry about the poor ambient light.

Beautiful job on those!

Are you using the Breathless covers on those? How much time do you have into these so far? Are they Bi-Xenons or just a single stage, and which projectors did you use? I like the carbon fiber tubs that you made.

Are you planning on making those? If so, I know of a set of C5R's for sale!

I have way over 100 hrs into these. But alot of that time was R&D. They are the breathless lenses and carbon fiber parts. I dont think unless somebody buys or steals this design from me that they will ever be mass produced. But with that said if somebody was interested in being a one of a kind in there area you need to PM me and see if I can help you gather the parts you need. I cant find a place to buy new projectors so that kinda limits what I can do for a kit.

I just wanted to add that I just got back from driving around and wow they are awesome. The light output is great and I did not get flashed once.
