I've seen it on a few - a couple were really obnoxious hand stripped with all sorts of flourishes and multi colors.... 
A couple of others were single color very subtle - not bad.
But its the same old story here - it your car, do what makes you happy!

I have the Z16 Commemoritive Stripes on the hood, painted top (the Lexan top is on in the pics) and rear deck and the pinstripes are matched to those in 2 tone red and silver 1/16" stripes.
The pics don't do them justice and like I said everyone won't like them but I'm the only one that has to.

This was handpainted, I'm more than happy with it,
but it's the extent that I'll take the car as far as striping.
Next is ZO6 Motorsports & Eradispeeds.... It can be hard not to "over-bling" it !
