Heres the latest email I recieved....

I had a roomate years ago whose "friend" used to steal new cars, put a few miles on them, get a perfect appearing ID/lcense and retag them, meeting them somewhere to sell them,. He only used email or a prepaid cell. Everything would check out Ok until they went to register it, then the seller was long gone. He eventually got popped and is in Prison now.

This is just the same old scam that has been around for a while now. They are always relocated out of the country and offer a nice car at a ridiculously low price.
I guarantee that if you take it to the next step he will want you to wire him some sort of money transfer.
