I'll shoot you an email, for what ever reason the file will not upload so I can't post it here. Got this from Stephen aka EG Grond. It's velcro'd on, no problems with picking it up or closing the hood

So I gather from these posts that the EZ pass works ok thru the window tint and even the plastic front plate cover??? How about from under the hood? Here in New York they say to mount it below the tint. Sure is ugly there but I take it off when not in use and stash it in the glove box.

Under the hood is fine I'm trying to get a pic up but having trouble...stay tuned

I agree. Mine is behind the rearview mirror in the tint, velcro'd with the clear velcro strips that come with the ez-pass. Can't see it from inside or outside and it works flawlessly.

I have my I PASS mounted under the hood and found that it works every time. It also stays dry here.
