Custom Radio
Something I don't see very often on here is custom radios. I'm replacing mine and I wanted to see how flip up screens and other head units look in our vettes. Please post photos of your head unit!!

I've still got to adjust the radio and a/c controls...it should take about an hour and then it will look factory.

i wouldnt go with the flip out screen for 2 resasons.
if you mount it in the top opening, it will block the center air vent as seen in the picture above. if you move the ac controls to the top and mount it in the middle you will be blocking the ac controls when the screen is out.
then its one more thing that can possible break, the flip outs just seem flimsy to me, or at least all of the ones i have looked at.
i went with the double din avic d1 for those reasons.

doesnt the AVIC still have to flip down to some extent, so you can load CD/DVD? believe so, hence, it could just as easily break.

If you take your time, you can make the double din unit look like a factory installation.

I like what you have done on the lower portion of the surround shroud too...
...I never ever use the lighter or ashtray!
StuzVette and a C5 logo would look cool there
