My windows will not go up, and the DIC is saying
1) "reduce engine speed" at a dead stop
2) check engine
3) tire pressure is low / which is not
4) Shocks inopperative
5) traction control inopperative
6) Service vehicle / only 5k on the meter
Please advise...... as to how I can reset this or is it a major problem?

, hope it turns out to be a battery issue or something easy.

Possible problem with the Body Control Module or other computer. Try resetting by pulling fuse 25 in the passenger footwell, wait 15 seconds or so, & then reinstall the fuse.

Could be a battery going south - also could be some dirty/loose connections or grounds.

Your profile doesn't say what year your Vette is.
If its an original AC Delco I'd change out the battery as a starter.
You can get some weird indications as it starts to go. Hopefully it didn't leak acid already but worth checking.
