Open Parachute!!
Boy, did I feel like a dunce this morning. I put the top up to drive my son to school, but got distracted and forgot to latch the top. I pull out onto the main road and WHUMP! The top flies open. 
I was able to grab it with my right hand and pull it back down and we got it latched without stopping, but man, I HATE when that happens!! If I was a coupe owner, my lid would have been sailing in the air. I've never attached this emoticon to my own message before, but this seems like a good time.

Be glad you caught it, and I caught mine at about 30MPH and dam near tore my arm off! I have heard of some who did not catch it and it really bent up the frame bad enough to have to be replaced!

When I posted this morning, I was expecting to get dumped on for being so absent-minded. Instead, I received a lot of kindness and understanding. I guess you knew I already beat myself up for the gaffe. So thanks. You guys are the best.
