I am in the middle of installing heated seats and insulation kit. I got to the part to remove the shift ****, and was hesitant about removing the T key on the shifter. I didn't want to force it. Came down to the computer, did a search on shifter installation, and there was the EXACT answer I was looking for. Very simple, took me a minute to remove, and on to the next step. I have tried to give back info when I am able, and I know I have taken plenty of info away. Cool forum, thats all.

Best of luck with the fit. I've had lots of use out of mine during the cooler periods with the top down.
The Vegas temperatures are rising now so I guess thats it for this year.

Thanks Dee Gee, you have been one of the people who have been extremely helpful with info regarding the heated seats. So far I only have the switches installed, and all the insulation laid out and ready to start putting the insulation in. The interior is all over my garage floor. I did end up mounting the switches in the ashtray door for what I think to be a slick location. I will post when I am through.
