Worth the while?
I've got just over 60K on my 02 MN6. I was thinking of doing some work to it (routine maintenance) when it warms a bit.
Oil Change
Fuel Filter Change (OEM still in car)
New Plugs/Wires/Ignition Coil
Would it be worth it?

Its always worth it to do general preventative maintenance to your car. There is a plus side to this. You will have bonding time with your car. You might really want to rethink, or at least research, the coil thoughts. I always love working on my car. Its like therapy for me. When I get

Oil and filter change would be a good idea. As for the plugs, wires, etc - just check them over and see what they look like. If needed, you can replace them.
