Welcome! When I was your age I was hanging around with a bunch of of hot-rodders and SCCA road racers, been a car enthusiast all my life. Didn't have the internet 40 years ago.......We'll BCNU around the forum!
Welcome from another guy in Mich. hang in there the weather is going to get better. It's good to see your passion for cars at your age, there are a lot of bad things out there kids can get into.If you stay away from them and stay on the right path, work hard, you will have that dream car. Oh by the way stay away from the Lions also
Ian, Welcome to the forum. You'll find a lot of information here. We have a lot of good people with a lot of experience with these cars. Don't be afraid to ask questions, everyone was new at one time.

greetings & welcome. keep the dream of owning a corvette in front of you. but in front of the corvette dream, put a #1 priority on staying healthy & getting a college degree. simply getting an undergraduate or graduate degree will radically increase the probability that you'll own several corvettes during your driving years. so far we've had two (c4 & c5); i suspect a c6 is somewhere in our future as well. get the degree. best of luck. bub
