Lower it! I hated it when people would look under mine trying to find the transfer case.

I say do it.....

Here's mine lowered on stock bolts in the front, but didn't cut the bushings. Used 6" long bolts in the rear (1/2" longer than stock). Makes for an even gap between the front and rear tires.
