I paid 31k for an 02' with 13k miles a few weeks ago. Black/mod red

The car is in new condition.

Those 11k miles wouldn't be worth 8k to me.

Just paid $31,000 for a red 02 with 13k miles in brand new condition inside and out. Probably could have found one cheaper, but I fell in love with it.

edit: Haahaa... didn't even read the post above me!!!

That is about 8000 too high! Way overpriced.

I paid 32K for my Black '02 Z w/2,700 miles in October. Be patient and look around, there are better deals to be had.

Guys...where are you finding these deals on 02-03 Z06's? I REALLY want to buy a C5 Z06, but just can't find them at dealers for that price. I walked into Woodfield Chevy today in Schaumburg, IL and offered them $33k for a 2003 Z06 with 13,000 miles and all the salesmen started laughing at me. One of them said "here, you can buy this plant for that". I said, great business you got going here and walked out. They wanted $39,000.

Honestly, point me in the direction of an 02-03 Z06 for $33k and under and I'm on my way. It has to be a dealer...I need to trade in...

Agreed- as soon as you put those 8K miles on this purchase- it is worth 31K like this one....
No deal !

I couldn't find the great deals others had found either, I wasn't patient enough. What I bought was a 02' TR Z06 about a month ago that had about 70,000 miles, but looks as if it only had 7,000, paid about $2,000 less than KBB retail but still higher than many of the deals I've seen other members say they paid for their Z's. Had I waited I probably could have found one $2 or $3,000 less, but I'm still very happy with the car.

Here's to those more patient than me.

If you look at KBB you got a fair deal like I did when I bought my 02'. If you look at what some of the other members have been paying we both could have found a better deal. But hey as long as you are happy with the car .

I'd say those kind of deals are few and far between. Maybe if you aren't looking for a certain color. I looked for months at dealers and Ebay and never found anything in the mid to high 20's. Probably depends on the part of the country you are in.

This post almost made me crap my pants!!!!
I bought that SAME EXACT car later that SAME evening at the SAME dealership.....for $36.5K... a pretty fair deal I think.

03, Torch Red w/13K miles.....what a sweet ride it is. Eitherway, it's my FIRST corvette, and I can't describe how happy I am right now...

When you have an extremely low mileage car that is out of warranty you are taking a big risk buying the car. The price needs to reflect the added risk you are taking. If somebody else wants to sign up for the risk let them.

Ask around. The one I found was never advertised, just heard about it from a nice guy I met at some vette functions. It was his brother in laws, an '02 with 1780 miles on it. Very nice price.
