"window stops"

Default "window stops"
the red reflectors off the door panel and adjust the bolts, if my regulator was binding would that fix it.

All that does is tip your window in or out, man. I seriously doubt that would fix a regulator binding issue, but you could try.

The jam nut behind the reflector is to adjust the window tip-in and out. One rotation will "tip" the top of the window in towards the car or out from the car .040"
