Dreaded Drone
Possible problem solved. Having a set of Borla Stingers with bad drone.I took the muffler section off, cut a piece of thin galvanized steel about 9 x 9 inches and slipped each one down in the muffler. Put the muffler section back on and 75% of the drone was gone. The sound is a little more agressive but sounds good.

I would never have thought.....
....but I agree with you - the Stinger sound is superior to most others, even with the slight hum at very limited RPM ranges. It seems like you can have quiet weirdness or slight humming 60s sound - I'll take the 60s (Stinger) sound any day!
