I can't beleive we are complaining about the greatest car in the world, but since we are I would say the 1 to 4th shift thing - what a pain. I just can't wait to experience it tomrrow!

Radio Shack makes a nice padded cellphone holder that works great for the iPod. Sticks in one of the AC vents above the radio at eye level. Much easier (and safer) to manipulate the iPod.

1st to 4th shift is rediclulous. Can't honestly believe that passed an engineering design review. Somebody did that to **** everybody off.

cup holder is useless except to hold change or my cell phone! another mindless design GM engineers did was to place the reverse gear right next to the Fifth! start playing with the gearbox during spirited driving and I end up sometimes trying to slot it into reverse, that sucks, even dinky cars come with rings to prevent accidental shifts!

GM did that to keep gas milage up so buyers dont have to pay the Gas-gussler tax. I can see where it could get annoying, but Its not that hard of a fix anyway.

I've only owned a C5 for a few months... BUT The skip shift was never a problem...I fixed that the first day I owned the car...

What I really miss ...is the small compartments in the door like my 95 had
to put your sun glasses in... Have not found a good place top store
the sun glasses yet...

NOT a Big fan of having to open the Center Console Door just to open the
the gas door either...in fact I have NEVER remembered to do that YET.

The Cup holder ??? .. at least there is one that can be used with a 6 speed.. Could not say that with my 95

Agree with you there. Worthless for anything other than holding the cell or "containing" change.

Wiper stalk don't bother me. The cupholder, I have the Milton Isles cupholder and it fits 2 medium sized fast food cups or the large Taco Bell Cups just fine. It intrudes into the pass. seat a little.

The most annoying feature for me, is the DAMN SEATBELTS. When I leave my driveway I have to learn forwards to see. And it ALWAYS locks on me the first 3 "lean forwards".

You can turn around within less than 2 lanes if you gas it as you crank the wheel.

The cup holder isn't the best, but it is great compaired to the "cup holders" in my 97 BMW 528i, they where high when they included them.
