Default DIY help

I did the rocking seat mod and I still have 1/4" of play. If I lean back it clicks up and when I lean forward it clicks down. I installed a washer on each side of the threaded rod holder along with the original rubber bushing. The fit seemed pretty tight. I bolted everything back up and put it back in the car but, I still have play.

Should I have ditched the rubber bushings all together and put two washers on each side? Is this the only place for slack in the tracks. It seems like the clicking is better or worse depending on far up and down the seat is adjusted. Someone please help me out. This was a pain in the *** to do. The torx screws couldn't be accsessed until I remove the whole track assembly from the seat frame which was difficult because of the location of the nuts. I want the satisfaction of fixing it. Thanks in advance guys.
