Open the rear hatch, and remove the small storage lid (it's usually the drivers side) it's on the underside of the lid.

For model year 1998, the Service Parts Identification (RPO) Label should be on the underneath side of one the rear storage compartment lids, usually the driver's side. Also, using the VIN any GM dealer can inquire GM's Vehicle Inquiry System (VIS) for your car's service history and build info which will show all the options for your car as it was delivered from the factory. If you can't find a dealer to run this for you, several members here also have access to GM's VIS. Start a new post requesting a GM VIS inquiry on your car and include the VIN in your post. Hopefully, one of these members will come along and run this for you. Here's a link that contains one of the most comprehensive lists of C5 RPO codes that I've found:
