Default Codes

Can anyone please tell me what these codes mean? AO-LDCM-4 codes: B2284H, B2282H, B2262H, & U1064H; A1-RDCM-4 codes: B2283H, B2285H, B2265H & B1064H; BO-RFA-3 codes: U1000H, U1255H, & U1064H.

No doubt someone will son post a link to all the codes, but I can tell you that all of them having an "H" at the end are historic codes and have been resolved. They do not indicate a current problem.

Are you having a problem with the vette?

Heres a link to a code list:

There seems to be a bunch of random codes. One is loss of comms with the Body Control Module. Guessing but that may throw up others in sympathy. Do you have an old battery? If so it may be on its way out. That can cause random electrical problems.

As OrangeVegaGT says the H means the problems have cleared. You could reset them and see if any reoccur.

From reviewing those codes it looks like a bad battery was a real good pick by DeeGee.

the battery looks as though it has been replaced. The car has an aftermarket alarm system, and as far as I can tell, whoever installed it, did a **** poor job, excuse my french. They removed some of the air conditioner parts from under the dash. I am having an a/c problem, blowing hot air on the drivers side and cold on passenger. I have since removed the old codes, disconnected the battery overnight, and still no cold drivers air.

I am thinking you may want to check things out under the battery - it seems to me that last symptom you mentioned (the AC not working) has been caused by vacuum lines that have corroded by leaking batteries. If the vacuum lines (which are right under the battery tray) got leaked on, chances are some of the wires in that area may have also been damaged...

I thought that the "H" after the codes indicates that there was once a problem, but it is corrected now?

Yes.. The "H" means it's no longer detecting the problem.

I would clear all of the codes, drive it for a day or 2 and check them again.
