Newbie Intro
Been lurking for about a week and have to thank everyone for the tremendous amount of information to be found on this site. It has helped us newbie owners a lot.
El Paso, Texas. Always been Ford people (ducking) but also always said the only GM product I would love to have is a vette. The other half finally got tired of the trucks and wanted to get a litlle sporty. Naturally, first thing to look at was the mustang, but she got really tired of seeing new mustangs on every damn corner in town. Who DOESN't have on of those things now?
Friend of ours has a highly modified 04 Z that he races (straighliner) and took us to the dealer that had this Z. is an 03 with 18k miles. Got below blue book for it so we felt comfortable (and has cheaper payments than the TRUCK!..BONUS!) The friend looked it over pretty good and felt like it was as clean as carfax said it was, so it is now in our garage.
Anyway, nice to meet all of you and have really enjoyed lurking. Not sure what mods we'll be doing, if any (I'm kind of a if it aint broke dont fix it type), but will definitely consult before doing any.

I say invest another 10g and supercharge it now! You should have change left over for long tubes and a few other goodies!
Remember: it will never be fast enough!
