Bad wheel bearing. Had the same issue, it was smoked.
Yep, mine had the exact same symptoms. Easy to replace though!
EDIT - I got my replacements through AutoZone. Seems the front was around $150, and the rear was around $175. About four hours (taking my time) to replace. Good luck!

got mine from the zone also put it on sat., after looking at it for about half hour to see what was going to be the best way to replace it i found that taking the whole wheel spindle off was the fastest way, i have big hands and there was no way i was going to be able the get my hand back there to get at the three hex bolts that hold it on, the two on the top was not going to be hard to get but the one on the bottom is the bolt from hell, it is hiding behind the the bolt that holds the spindle at the bottom and if you try to get at it you have to remove it first, just take the bolts for top, bottom, tire rod end, and the whole thing will come off 1:15 min. tops good luck
Awesome guys... thanks! I gotta admit though I'm a little leary of tackling this myself, but 100 bucks an hour for labor doesnt sound too good either. Thanks again!
