Default Home Alone (pics)

Edit:
All done! The rest of the car is dirty as it is raining on and off outside. I'll leave it safely tucked into the garage for now. I found this great product for the wheels. It's made by 3M. It's a sponge with sand paper. It's called "Sandblaster". I got a fine 380 grit one and used it to sand off scratches. Then I used mother aluminum polish to complete the wheels.

My wife is out of town for the weekend. I planned on having dinner and spending the evening with my daughter. She called and said she was going going to stay over at a friends house. I found myself home alone with nothing to do and the garage all to myself and my Vette.

So . . . . I had this caliper paint kit sitting around . . . . .

While I have the wheels off, may as well polish 'em . . . . . . .

Oh yeah, while the wheels are off, how about installing that side screen kit from vetteshop . . . . . . .

Now you see why my wife doesn't leave me home alone much. I'll post more pics when I'm done.

NICE, Larry!! The looks like a quality paint kit that (if I had to guess) some incredibly nice person sent to you - But that'd just be a guess

Anyways, how was the side kit to install? Easy, once the wheels were off?? That's next on my list..

I expect detailed pics

Can't wait to see the finished shots of your car out near the water

Nice...I wish I had my LED tailights already that I plan on getting...not many people around this weekend here either. That'll take a whole ten minutes...but ten minutes I don't have to find something to do.

Yeah, I traded that person a power coupler for the kit. I think it's the same guy I got a lot of stuff for my C4 from.

I've done the entire car in a black and gray theme. I gave away some red caliper paint because I thought it would clash. Dang, I sound so ghey!
